Welcome to the Support Center

A ticket number will be assigned to your request.  It can be used to track progress and responses online.Ticket activity is maintained for archival purposes. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Typical rate for support is US $50/hr with a 2-hour minimum.  Hourly rates do not apply to clients who have a support contract in place. We accept electronic payment via credit card, Paypal, etc.
